University of Hawaii - Infrasound Laboratory of Hawaii (ISLA)
maintains an array of acoustical sensors to monitor the Pacific region for atmospheric infrasound signals
to support the international Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty. ISLA's environmental
sensors and data collection system are also able to gather signal evidence
of global geophysical and meteorological events, enhancing existing
advance warning systems for Hawaii and surrounding areas.
