Kona Deep Corporation is a multi-faceted company utilizing the natural and abundant resource of the pristine, pathogen-free, 3,000' deep ocean water accessed from NELHA. It has developed a commercial bottling facility specializing in desalinated deep seawater products for the global market.

Koyo USA Corp. was the first tenant to produce purified deep seawater-based drinking water on a commercial basis at NELHA starting in 2003, and the first tenant licensed to use a new trademarked NELHA logo to certify its water source as 100% deep seawater.
From its present site of 30 acres, Koyo USA Corp. produces a bottled water product, "Mahalo", which consists of purified 100% Hawaii deep seawater, exported on a weekly basis to an enthusiastic, growing Japanese consumer market.

Savers Holdings, Ltd. utilizes NELHA's unique deep seawater supply to manufacture food and beverage products. These include bottled functional water, salt, nigari (bittern) and spa-related products. A brand new state-of-the-art bottling plant is due to be completed by Spring 2008. Savers Holdings, Ltd. has a sales office in Korea, with its manufacturing base on-site at NELHA in Kona, Hawaii.
